I've read your whole story, and am very moved.
I was particularly intrigued by your attempt to see another doctor in London.
It would seem probable from what you say that you will never get any diagnosis from these people - whether it's because they are trying to cover something up, just cover for "colleaugues" or because of a very scary belief system.
Surely there is an honest doctor somewhere who has nothing to lose - or who is untouchable - and who would be prepared to give you a neutral diagnosis ?
If not in UK, maybe abroad ? (though of course it may be that the "covering for colleagues" system fonctions even internationally).
